Delete your Little Moments account

You can start and confirm deletion inside the app without contacting support.

In the Little Moments app:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll to Account actions.
  3. Choose Delete my account or, for a family owner, Delete account and family journal.
  4. Read the confirmation carefully and confirm.

IF YOU ARE THE FAMILY OWNER

The shared journal is deleted for everyone.

Your Little Moments account, family, access records, child profiles, moments, milestones, highlights, and journal media become inaccessible. Private media deletion is queued and retried if storage is temporarily unavailable.

IF YOU ARE A FAMILY MEMBER

Your account leaves; the journal remains.

Your Little Moments account and family access are removed. The owner and remaining members keep the shared journal and its content, including contributions you made while you were a member.

Locked out or need help?

Email support@helloreadysetgo.com. We will need to verify your relationship to the account before handling a deletion request.

Important: Deleting your Little Moments account removes its sign-in links and active sessions, but it does not delete your Google Account or Apple Account. Signing in later creates a new, empty Little Moments account.

Subscription reminder: Account deletion does not cancel a Little Moments subscription billed by Apple. The family owner must cancel separately in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
